The Spanns and I took a little bike jaunt this weekend. The 8 miles we did on the Provo River Trail has gotten me in shape for the Tour de France next year.
Mason helping me test out my new Camelbak. Hands off ladies..he's betrothed to me. I can wait 17 yrs.
