Me, Rach, and Anthony went on a white water rafting trip in Moab. The river was fun, the guides told us it hadn't run this high and fast in about 15 yrs.
We were a little unprepared for the hypothermiaesque (is that a word?) conditions. Everytime we got pummelled it would take a good 10 min. to stop shaking. Meanwhile we laughed at the kayakers in our group, and took bets who would get flipped each rapid.

You are so adventureous. I'm glad that eventhough I don't have a chance to do all the fun things I would like to that one of my friends does!
